OPERATION: TRIAD
SITUATION :
Thanks to the recent capture of Radar Station North, we now have a good view of air traffic around north-eastern Auroa. At 20:15 we witnessed what seemed like a SKELL TRANSPORT cargo plane being shot down by drone swarms in DRIFTWOOD ISLETS airspace. After the crash, 3 beacons started repeatedly sending coordinates on secure Skell tech net. Our comms teams at HQ picked it up and relayed the information to Jace. He looked very distressed but was hesitant to tell us why. He simply told us that what's emmitting the signals are 3 secure briefcases containing CRITICAL data. The good news is that the briefcases are still sealed and emmiting their coordinates like they were programmed to do. He urged us to get the briefcases back and said he would gladly explain everything once we recover them.
MISSION:
We must recover the sealed briefcases ASAP before Sentinel or Wolves get their hands on them, and bring them back to HQ.
CONCEPT OF OPERATION:
Team will deploy from WHITEMAN SHELF BIVOUAC near 2100. We must recover the 3 sealed briefcases, document and secure the content of the shipping containers scattered around the islets and take out any targets of opportunity encountered along the way.
OBJECTIVES:
-Reach Muddy Pond LZ
-Patrol from LZ to the 3 locations of the briefcases.
-Recover briefcases, document content of the crashed containers and upload all intel to HQ, once a location is secured we will call in teams callsign GRIFFIN, HUNTER and SCALAR who are on standby to recover the supplies at each location.
-Take out any targets of opportunity along the way. CYCLOPS reported enemy patrol activity and multiple drone deployments in the AO. We must secure the islets as much as possible without compromising our mission.
-Return to Erewhon HQ and deliver the briefcases to Skell. (edited)
